Payment
Preferred method of payment is PayPal. All purchases will have to be paid in full inside 5 days of purchase unless prior arrangements have been made. Unpaid items will likely be re-listed.
Shipping
All parcels are shipped through America Postal Service. Other varieties of shipping is also regarded as upon request and might incur additional shipping charges for the client. All packages valued over $500 will come with signature confirmation. Customer might opt out of “signature confirmation” but is answerable for any lost parcels.
Returns
Buyer will have to contact a Phil’s Coins site employee inside 10 days of item delivery for a full refund or exchange of damaged products. Returns will likely be accepted for items received in sub nominal condition. Some products are “used” in nature and don’t seem to be subject to returns for traditional “wear and tear”. Returns is also subject to a restocking fee of 15%. All items that derive their value from a precious metal will likely be subject to a buy back policy according to the present market value of said metal. Receipt by and/or signature for a parcel by any Phil’s Coins employee or representative does no longer constitute acceptance of a go back.
