At 5.4 oz, the ResQLink+ weighs less than a few PowerBars®. And topping at just 4.5 inches, it’s smaller than the cell phone in your pocket. Small and mighty, the ResQLink+ is a full-powered, GPS-enabled rescue beacon designed for boaters, pilots and water-borne sportsmen.

With three levels of integrated signal technology —GPS positioning, a powerful 406 MHz signal, and 121.5 MHz homing capability — the ResQLink™ quickly and correctly relays your position to a worldwide network of search and rescue satellites. A built-in strobe light provides visibility all through night rescues.

Even in extreme conditions and situations, the ResQLink activates easily. Just deploy the antenna and press the ON button. With its powerful 66 channel GPS, the ResQLink™ guides rescuers to within 100 meters or less of your position. And, in the continental U.S., search and rescue personnel are typically alerted of your position in as low as five minutes with a GPS-enabled PLB such as the ResQLink™.

Two built-in tests allow you to routinely verify that the ResQLink™ is functioning and ready for use — with the push of a button, you’ll easily testinternal electronics and GPS functionality.

Warranty/Return
This is an auction – All sales are final unless they are found to be damaged or defective. All items come with Northwest Outdoor’s 30-day return period unless advertised in a different way. After 30 days, the balance of the warranty is carried direct with the manufacturer, manufacturer’s representative, or warranty provider.

If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the 30-day return period and we will be able to replace the defective item for you, unless the original warranty supersedes our 30 day return period. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method or a company check.

Specific terms are:

  • Customer will have to request the RMA number within 30 days from the date the order was shipped. After 30 days customer will have to contact the manufacturer, manufacturer’s representative, or warranty provider directly for repair/replacement.
  • Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products will have to be reported within 5 days from delivery date.
  • Software, including but not limited to Operating Systems, Trip Guides, and related items, CANNOT be returned once they have been opened.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from the issue date, meaning the returning product will have to be shipped by the customer and received by Northwest Outdoor within 14 days. RMA numbers will not be extended or re-issued.
  • All returned products found to be non-defective upon inspection will be subject to a restocking fee. Returns that have not been opened will be subject to a 5% restocking fee. Non-defective returns which have been opened will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Returned items will have to not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges. No returns will be accepted if the original packaging is damaged and/or missing accessories.
  • Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • Refunds will be decided by the purchase price of the product. All fees including original shipping and restocking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Non-defective returns that included FREE SHIPPING in the original purchase have an embedded shipping cost that is non-refundable.
  • A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
  • Merchandise will have to be carefully packed and shipped via traceable means.
  • We aren’t responsible for any losses in the mail whilst returning returned merchandise.

Items that are purchased as part of a combo or bundle maybe returned one by one. For example, a GPS bundled with a case and dash mount may be returned without the case and mount. If all the combo or bundle is not returned when seeking a refund, the refund will be discounted based on the price of the items not returned.
