We can make each effort to process your order within 24 to 36 hours of receiving payment.

We can only ship to the registered address you provide in our checkout process.

RETURNS

RBD Outlet will exchange or issue a refund if you don’t seem to be happy with your purchase within 30 days of your transaction.

A 10% restocking fee may apply to any returns, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please do not send the item back without obtaining a Return Authorization, by initiating a return for your order through eBay.

Returns are only accepted on items in the same brand new, unused condition that you received them (unless the listing states the condition as differently), in conjunction with all original in addition to outer packaging, accessories and purchase receipt.

All return shipping costs should be prepaid; we don’t accept any COD’s for returns.

Any items which have been returned and have obvious signs of use will be returned to the buyer at buyer’s expense.
