Combined Shipping

Our seller account is setup to offer combined shipping. This means that when purchasing multiple items, we calculate shipping based on the total weight of the order, the destination zip code and the shipping method the buyer selects at the time of checkout will determine the shipping cost. If you want us to provide combined shipping, the order must be combined before you pay. Either eBay checkout will offer combined shipping when you have finished shopping and are ready to pay OR you would contact us using the eBay message system and request that we send you a combined invoice. We can only send you a combined invoice if you have “clicked the buy it now” and then committed to buy each of the items you want to purchase. We cannot combine shipping if you have already paid and checked out!

It is very important you watch carefully for the shipping method options during checkout and be sure to select the best option for your needs. Please contact us first before you checkout if you need assistance with your combined shipping.

Shipping rates come directly from the carrier through the eBay shipping calculator. We use real-time shipping rates based on the total weight of the order, your zip code and the shipping method you select. Use the shipping calculator found at the shipping & payments tab just beneath the item listing photograph.

Order Processing
We only process orders that are paid in full. We process and ship orders Monday – Friday 8AM – 4PM Central Standard Time. Orders place after hours, weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Checkout
You may checkout immediately after auction close by clicking on the checkout button below. To avoid potential processing delays, please checkout now and complete your purchase.

Changes To Orders
Before you place your order, please check that your shipping address information is correct in your ebay account and your paypal account (if you are paying using paypal). We process our orders quickly and most of the time cannot change the address information quickly enough before the item is shipped. We will not be responsible to pay the shipping costs when re-shipping an order because of an incorrect address supplied to us.

Payment
We accept PayPal.

Returns
Please inspect your packages upon arrival. Although we double check all orders before shipment, transit problems occasionally occur. We ask that all goods be in their original package, in resaleable/Brand New condition, and returned within 10 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued for all approved returns that meet our return policy. Shipping charges are not refundable. We only refund the product purchase price.
