All orders (aside from custom made orders) will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Custom made orders will be shipped within 2 weeks after payment is cleared.

• Indian Post / USPS up to 10-12 Business days (FREE)
• INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Please imagine 10 to 15 business days for delivery. Please note that the buyer is responsible for any customs fees that may apply.
• We will manufacture it after you purchase it from us. Please note that if you pay for expedited shipping on custom orders,the handling time is still 10 business days.
• Whenever the item ships, it’s going to ship by the expedited service, if you have paid for it.
• Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and Federal Holidays
• Please note that PayPal e-cheque’s take 5-7 business days to clear.

Delivery Time:

• Delivery within USA takes 4-12 business days after item is shipped.
• This depends on the mail service we send it by. Please note that we may ship via different mail services.
• Please note that the shipping service we use does not forward mails to your forwarding addresses. So please do not give such an address for shipping.

International Shipments:

International shipments are regularly delivered within 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the time taken to clear customs. Please note that all countries charge a duty on imported goods. A customs clearing charge is also imposed in many countries. We don’t seem to be responsible for the amount of duty or any other related charges. For customers in USA, the USA postal service/customs charges an additional fee for all incoming international shipments, which should be paid by the customer.

We accept payment via PayPal only.  You’ll be able to also pay the usage of your credit card, via PayPal, by the usage of PayPal as a guest.

Return Policy:

You have 30 days to return the ring from the day it was delivered to you, no questions asked. You are responsible for shipping charges. If free shipping was offered, we will be able to deduct the exact amount we paid for shipping and insurance. You will have to furnish tracking numbers once you ship the item back to me.

Exchange Policy:

You have 30 days to send the ring back for exchange from the day it was delivered to you, no questions asked. You are responsible for shipping fees both ways. You will have to provide tracking number.

Note: Custom-designed and engraved jewelry is not returnable. IF TAGS ARE REMOVED RETURN IS INVALID.
