■ Q: How Much Does Shipping Cost?

A: Standard shipping is FREE on all items! For items being shipped internationally or being expedited please see the rate table above. An estimated shipping cost will be generated accordingly.

A: All orders that are placed Monday through Friday will be shipped out within 1-3 Business Days.  Our offices are closed on Saturday and Sunday,

 ■ Q: Can I change my shipping address once the order has been placed?

A: We will be able to only ship to the address that you have listed upon take a look at through PayPal. If a change of address must be made, so long as the item has not yet been shipped out, please contact us ASAP .We ask that you please check and double check the provided address prior to completing your order. 


■ Q: What Is Your Return Policy?

A:  Here at 9Tronix we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and up to 30 Days Exchange or Store Credit. Anything sent back after 14 days within the 30 day period may also be exchanged for another product or a store credit  so long as they are returned in the original condition and packaging.  If a unit is received damaged, we should be notified within 24 hours of receiving the item in a different way We will be able to not authorize the return request. Any problems upon receipt of the item should be made known to us in writing via e-mail. Once the item has been returned, all defective items will be thoroughly tested on site for the problems or issues specified by the buyer. If a unit is purchased and a return is requested because the phone is not compatible with their service provider and subsequently does not read the sim card, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping and will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. If a refund is being requested for a non-defective item, a 20% restocking fee is will be charged as well.

■ Q: Do I Need To Contact You Before Returning An Item?

A: Yes, you should contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning any item. You’ll also receive a return form that you are going to wish to fill out. Items returned without the form and RMA will be refused and a refund/ replacement may not be issued.

 ■ Q: How Does Return Shipping Work?

A: After getting received an RMA and have filled out your return form, Package up the device with all of the original accessories, packaging materials, and return form. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs so once the item is returned please provide us with a tracking number so that we will be able to ensure your package arrived back to us in the shortest amount of time. If any item is missing from the original package or the unit is not in the exact same condition as it was sent, we reserve the right to deny your claim and We will be able to send you back the unit or charge you for the damages. Once the returned item arrives in our facility your return will be processed within 1-2 business days.

A: Here at 9tronix we stand at the back of every product we sell. If you are unhappy with the product, please contact us through eBay’s messaging system to arrange a refund, replacement, or exchange. We reserve the right to contact you through your eBay registered e-mail address. We do our best to respond to messages within 24 hours throughout normal business hours. Then again, if you do not receive a reply to your email within 24 hours, that means that we have not received your email or our reply has been filtered out by your spam filters.
