1. All items could also be returned for any reason within 60 days. All items would possibly receive a whole replacement unit, replacement parts, or a partial refund should the item grow to be defective within 60 days of the purchase date.
2. If an item is received damaged, defective, or not received please contact us by means of email or eBay messaging within 7 day of receipt to submit a claim for an entire replacement unit, replacement parts, a partial refund or full refund of purchase price. Highest Choice Products would possibly require pictures or video of defective/damaged items to issue a full refund.
3. All returned items might not be charged a restocking fee. Items returned should be of their original packaging and all accessories within the original shipment should be included. All returns require an RA (Return Authorization) number with the intention to be given by a Highest Choice Products customer service representative when the return request is submitted.
4. All returns are shipped back to a Highest Choice Products Return Center on the customer’s expense. Please note that it’s on the company’s discretion to come to a decision if the item could also be returned to a Highest Choice Products Return Center. Unauthorized returns might not be accepted. Once your claim is processed and approved, please allow 5-7 business days for the request to be completed. If a replacement unit or replacement parts are requested, please have in mind that the fulfillment timeframe is in line with product availability.
