Returns Policy

All sales are final unless they’re found to be damaged by shipping carrier or our listing error and mistake. We will have to be notified of the situation within 3 days of your receipt. All items come with 30 days store warranty unless advertised in a different way.

Return Procedures

Please contact us by eBay’s "contact member" to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise will have to be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise will have to be sent back within the original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying the proper RMA number. If package return with unfair or damage packing style, it is going to not be accepted (will take photo if need it). All RMA numbers are valid for ten (10) days from their original date of issue. Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA number, may not be accepted.
