Daiwa’s T-wing System solves an age old downside with baitcasting reel levelwind systems. The “T” aperture permits line to drift freely during the wide most sensible phase on outcast, reducing the generally sharp angles and friction that slow line flowing via a narrow aperture when exiting the reel. For retrieve, line drops into the narrow, lower channel of the T-wing for even distribution around the spool width.
Specially developed subject material is applied to the induct rotor, which is exposed out from the spool when rotating at top speed. Because the spool slows, the induct rotor moves back towards the magnetic field which brakes the spool in line with the weights of several types of lures.
TATULA SV TW’s SV SPOOL is made from Super Duralumin which is lighter but has great strength. SV SPOOL with Air Brake System is helping cast lightweight lures with ease to come up with an extended cast and not using a back lash.
Daiwa’s exclusive swept Care for moves the paddles closer to the rod’s centerline. The result’s less wobble of the rod and reel for your hand as you crank. That suggests less wasted energy – a more robust retrieve.
