Larger and heavier items (3 + pounds) are shipped via Federal Express ground to a street address (NO P.O.BOX) with tracking.

Fedex requires a phone number for home deliveries in the event they need to contact the buyer. If you purchase a smaller item, and get a message that I don’t accept P. O. Box, this is only for larger items. Please notify me and I will be able to send you an invoice and you can pay at that time.
I pack ALL items with great care to insure your items arrive safely. My shipping rates include secure packing, packing materials, postage, gas and delivery confirmation (delivery confirmation for US customers only.) Shipping is non refundable and non negotiable. Please also bear in mind that Ebay now charges sellers a fee on shipping rates as well! That said, I all the time try to ship the lowest rate conceivable.

We all the time strive for 5 star feedback and 100% satisfaction and appreciate your consideration! Although I take great care in details in all my listings, I am only human and may miss something from time to time. I am more than willing to work things out with buyers IF you contact me first if there is any problem with your item immediately after you receive it!
WE have NEVER requested Feedback from our customers but the new eBay Detailed Rating System has put us in a rather tight spot. Most buyers are unaware of what Ebay charges sellers but charges are all the time increasing and now are charged a percentage of the shipping fees as well due to some unscrupulous sellers! EBay bases a monthly fee discount on a Seller’s “Star” rating. A monthly average of “4.6 Stars” (in any probably the most four “Star” categories) costs us approximately $400 in additional eBay Fees – that’s $400 above what we would pay if we had a “4.8 Star” average in all 4 “Star” categories!! As a consequence we hope you do not find us rude to ask that if you are happy with our items, our service, and our packing & shipping please be sure to use the “Star” rating system and keep in mind that a “5 Star” rating is the only way we will qualify for eBay’s fee reduction program which we in turn can pass those savings on to our valued customers!
Please contact us for any reason you feel we don’t deserve 5 star feedback so we will correct the situation PRIOR to leaving a negative or anything less than 5 stars so we will unravel the matter.
