24 hours of receiving the item in a different way we will be able to not authorize the return
request. Any problems upon receipt of the item should be made known to us in
writing via e-mail. Once the item has been returned, all defective items
will be thoroughly tested on site for the problems or issues laid out in
the buyer. If a unit is purchased and a return is requested because the

contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning any
item. You are going to also receive a return form that you are going to want to fill out. Items
returned without the form and RMA will be refused and a refund/ replacement

received an RMA and have filled out your return form, Package up the device
with all of the original accessories, packaging materials, and return form. You
will be responsible for return shipping costs so once the item is returned
please provide us with a tracking number so that we will be able to ensure your package
arrived back to us in the shortest amount of time. If any item is missing from
the original package or the unit is not in the very same condition as it used to be sent,
we reserve the right to deny your claim and we will be able to send you back the unit or
charge you for the damages. Once the returned item arrives in our facility your
return will be processed within 1-2 business days.
