Our group of workers do their best to ensure inventory data (ex. price, quantity, photo,and so forth) are accurate, but they are not perfect. So once in a while, we reserve the right to cancel listings early or issue refunds because the inventory data used to be inaccurate. We also reserve the right to re-list an item after three days of non-payment. Your business is essential to us. We do our best to keep our prices extremely low. In order to take action, shipping charges for returns & exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless an item used to be incorrectly shipped. We will be able to gladly accept returns & exchanges for every item within 30 days of the original ship date. Return Guidelines & Requirements: 1) Item should be returned within 30 days of the original ship date. 2) Item should be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition with all tags/packaging/boxes. Items with heavy odor such as smoke, fragrance, food, and so forth will be refused and sent back. 3) Refunds will be based on purchase price only minus all shipping & handling costs. On returns with free shipping to the customer, the refunded amount would be the purchase price minus all shipping & handling costs. 4) A full refund minus all shipping & handling costs will be issued within 7 Days after receipt of the returned item. |
