1. All items could also be returned for any reason within 60 days. All items would possibly receive an entire replacement unit, replacement parts, or a partial refund will have to the item grow to be defective within 60 days of the purchase date.
2. If an item is received damaged, defective, or not received please contact us by the use of email or eBay messaging within 7 day of receipt to submit a claim for an entire replacement unit, replacement parts, a partial refund or full refund of purchase price. Perfect Choice Products would possibly require pictures or video of defective/damaged items to issue a full refund.
3. All returned items might not be charged a restocking fee. Items returned will have to be of their original packaging and all accessories within the original shipment will have to be included. All returns require an RA (Return Authorization) number in an effort to be given by a Perfect Choice Products customer service representative when the return request is submitted.
4. All returns are shipped back to a Perfect Choice Products Return Center on the customer’s expense. Please note that it’s on the company’s discretion to come to a decision if the item could also be returned to a Perfect Choice Products Return Center. Unauthorized returns might not be accepted. Once your claim is processed and approved, please allow 5-7 business days for the request to be completed. If a replacement unit or replacement parts are requested, please bear in mind that the fulfillment timeframe is in keeping with product availability.
